I had had the other Furbo camera for years and upgraded to the 360 still very happy with fubo his product …highly recommend

Overall, my experience with the Furbo has been quite disappointing, although there are some things I do like about it.
For me, the daytime picture quality is good and I have no complaints about that. However, I was particularly disappointed with the night vision. I personally found it very poor and not suitable for what I needed from a pet camera. When I contacted customer service about this, I was advised to use a night light. I found that frustrating, as I had bought the camera expecting the advertised night vision to be sufficient without needing additional lighting.
I also found the Nanny feature quite frustrating. It may work well for some people, but for me it generated far too many notifications about things I wasn't particularly concerned about. I found myself receiving notifications for behaviours such as my puppy simply sitting, which became more annoying than useful. Personally, I wouldn't want to pay extra for a service that generates that many non-essential alerts.
My experience with customer service was also disappointing. I found the chat support slow and, in my experience, I had to keep going back to them rather than receiving any follow-up. When I raised my concerns about the night vision, I didn't feel that my experience that the product wasn't performing as I expected was really acknowledged. I was offered a refund if I returned the camera, which is fair enough, but that would have left me without a camera while I looked for another option.
I eventually bought a Blink camera from Amazon, mainly because I needed something that worked better for me at night. Personally, I've found the Blink much better for night-time viewing and it was also cheaper.
So, for me, I've ended up using the Furbo during the day and the Blink at night. The Furbo has some good features and the daytime quality is good, but based on my own experience, I was disappointed with the night vision, the number of notifications and the customer service experience, particularly considering the price.

Had issues with my furbo after 6 years of having it and they replaced it with a brand new furbo with no additional charge! Even gave us a discount on Furbo subscription for the inconvenience. Easy to talk to customer service and quick fix. Always recommend furbo to all my pet parents!
